Kate Baldasare is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Pre/Post Natal Certified Trainer, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. With her experience in the fitness industry for the last decade, she has taught at boutique fitness studios in New York City training celebrities and high profile clients, as well as traveling the world to lead intensives and fitness retreats. As a former professional dancer, Kate has a love for integrating fitness with dance and functional training.  Kate believes fitness should be functional but fun.
